Who is organising the festival?
Sydney Games Festival is organised by an event committee made up of the organisers for the involved events of the festival Hosts and committee members will be announced as events are revealed over the coming months
Are kids allowed?
When pages are live please visit the respective event pages for any restrictions, but we believe games are for everyone. If the contents or event are for 18+ this will be clear on the event page

Can I contribute in someway and host an event as part of the festival?
Yes! Please contact us and we can see if we can fit it into the week and contribute something meaningful for the local community
Is the festival for industry or a public festival
BOTH, some of the events will be marked as industry but the goal is for each of the events to be something audiences across Industry and general public can enjoy and be interested in
Can I showcase a game or be a speaker at any of the events?
Each event organisation has their own process. Some do their own personal selection and some will use application forms, it's recommended to reach out to us or individual organisations to contribute
